about me…
I know what it's like to feel lost in motherhood.
I trained as a Nutritional Therapist (graduating from the Nutritional Healing Foundation College in 2008) and a Yoga and Meditation teacher before I had children.
Then I had three children in four years – though my training helped, I still experienced postnatal depression, complete depletion, digestive issues, weight struggles, and a body I didn't recognize. I felt down on myself, exhausted, and like I'd lost who I was beneath the role of "mum."
My nutritional therapy knowledge helped enormously, and I also sought support from a more senior health coach, counselling, and acupuncture. I learned that true healing isn't just about food or fitness – it's about coming home to yourself, and sometimes we all need support to get there.
That journey deepened my practice and eventually led me to train as a Relationship Coach, because I saw how deeply women's sense of self and their relationships (especially with themselves) are impacted by motherhood.
I've also been influenced by years of receiving Traditional Chinese Medicine and Psychotherapy – modalities that taught me how interconnected our minds, bodies, emotions, and relationships truly are.
Now I help women navigate the same challenges I faced – not just surviving motherhood, but reclaiming their energy, their confidence, their sense of self, and their relationship to themselves. Rejuvenation is the word. My wish is for every woman to also experience this.
I'm originally from London but grew up in Los Angeles. I currently live in Poole England, with my three children, and we love being close to both the forest and the sea.
It's my absolute passion to help women discover what's possible when they give themselves the support they deserve. To truly rejuvenate and feel their best self.
